We have several package options so you are sure to find one to fit your business needs. Below is a basic description. More information will be supplied within the contract. Use our contact page when you are ready to get started. We offer a 30 minute free consultation to see how we can help you.

Before Work Can Begin:

A signed contract
Deposit as required or retainer payment
Completed Project Description… start by filling out the contact page but we will need additional information as well.

RETAINER PACKAGES

We offer retainer packages which includes a percentage discount to those who know they need our support a set number of hours per month. Retainer Clients get project priority, and we will help you stay on top of your hour usage as the month progresses. You are billed for retainer hours at the beginning of each month for the current month. However, any extra hours you may need during the month are billed at the discounted rate. See the specific services for competitive hourly rates.

NOTE: Some service are not suitable for retainer pricing. We will review your needs and provide a detailed description of the services requested providing you with a competitive pricing option.

Bronze- 5 hours per month 2% discount

Silver- 10 hours per month 5% discount

Gold- 20 hours per month 7% discount

Executive- more than 20 hours per month 10% discount

VIDEO PROJECTS

Video Projects are billed at a rate of $45-$65 per hour depending on the complexity. Once we have a request for proposal, we will better be able to give you an estimate for your project. A deposit is due before work can begin work with final payment due before the project is released. Our software of choice is Adobe Premiere and Photoshop. AUDIO PROJECTS

Audio Projects are billed at a rate of $45-$65 per hour depending on the complexity. Once we have a request for proposal, we will better be able to give you an estimate for your project. A deposit is due before work can begin work with final payment due before the project is released. If your sound quality you send us is in question we will complete a small segment and let you determine if you would like us to continue.

RUSH JOBS

We only take on a limited number of “Rush” jobs on a per case bases. When available, rush jobs have a 20% per hour additional charge .

OTHER CHARGES

All items purchased or used on the client’s behalf will be billed to the client. This will include but not be limited to postage, courier, UPS , stock photos, music and specialty paper.
